See me at once. -- Ender

This is a scene from one of my favorite science fiction novels, "Ender's Game," where Ender is asigning Bean command of a special toon in their army. I re-read it recently and was inspired to do this picture.

Yes, the style is completely different from my norm, I've been watching lotsa Vandread recently.

The only thing I really hate about this pic is that Ender looks too old, he's supposed to be a little over 10 years old. It's just that if I made him look too young then he'd look the same age as Bean, who is supposed to be 6 years old, and I wanted a distinct difference in the look of their maturity.

Gah . . . oh well, Ender's a mature kid . . .

Hope it is enjoyed by Orson Scott Card fans. Ender's Game should be an anime series . . . it'd be so awesome . . .
